How SyllabusCraft handles your information
This policy explains what the assessment stores, what happens when you submit your name and email, and how to ask a privacy question.
Last updated: July 16, 2026.
Information you choose to provide
When you use SyllabusCraft, you may provide assessment answers, a first name, an email address, a result code, fit score, and related result details. A contact request may also include the topic and message you submit.
Assessment progress on your device
The site uses browser local storage to remember quiz progress, results, and guide access state. This helps you resume the assessment and return to your saved result. You can clear this information through your browser storage settings or by restarting the assessment.
Why information is used
- To calculate and display your assessment result.
- To save your result and open the free Guide 01 download.
- To record a lead or contact request that you intentionally submit.
- To improve site reliability, content, and the assessment experience.
- To send related SyllabusCraft messages when permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages.
Service providers
SyllabusCraft may use hosting, form processing, spreadsheet, analytics, email, shop, payment, and file delivery providers to operate the site. For example, Netlify may process forms and host site functions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sales and payments
Paid guide checkout is handled by the SyllabusCraft shop and its payment providers. SyllabusCraft does not collect payment card details through the assessment form on this website.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, record keeping, and dispute prevention. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational measures are used.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your submitted email address. Use the contact form and choose the privacy topic. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
Children and international visitors
SyllabusCraft is designed for adults and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you access the site from another country, information may be processed where the service providers operate.
